  • How can I claim the 2 Year Limited Warranty?

    HILX will repair or replace (with the same or comparably priced product), any product determined by HILX to have a manufacturer’s defect. If you believe your HILX eyewear has a manufacturers defect please contact and provide details of the issue along with proof of purchase. Our team will take it from there.

    Please note that you are responsible for cost of shipment to HILX. A processing fee (which covers return shipping and handling), plus any applicable taxes, will be charged for each warranty claim that is processed.

  • How do I care for my lenses?

    While your HILX eyewear products have been created with your adventurous and active lifestyle in mind, but a little extra care can help extend the life of our products. Here’s a few tips to keep them in their best condition:

    • Store them in the pouch/cases provided.
    • Only clean the lenses with the microfiber cloth provided.
    • Extended exposure to salt water, sunscreen or sweat can damage the coating on the lenses. To ensure they stay in tiptop shape, be sure to rinse gently with warm water and mild soap.
    • Be sure that your HILX product is dry before placing back into the pouch/case.
    • Never place your HILX eyewear lens down.
