To back up this promise, we offer one of the most comprehensive warranties in the industry, covering both our frames and lenses.
LIFETIME Frame Warranty
- Your HILX frame is guaranteed for life against manufacturing and material defects under normal use.
- Should such a defect occur, we will repair or replace the frame.
3-Year Lens Warranty
- Starting from November 20th, 2025, your original HILX lenses are warranted against flaking, delamination, and coating issues for three (3) years from the original purchase date.
What is Not Covered
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs
- Normal wear and tear, including superficial scratches and cosmetic fading.
- Products that have been modified or altered without our authorization.
- Dissatisfaction with product fit or size.

Shipping and Handling
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping products for warranty assessment or repair.
- For your protection, we recommend using a traceable and insured shipping service.
